Veterans Course Slideshow
Too much lousy weather and idle holiday time on my hands has allowed me the opportunity to tweak the slideshow design a bit. You'll notice on the hole 2 frame that you can now register your name if you've ACED this hole! Pretty cool feature and a nice way to record what holes wou've aced so all the world can see! Trust me, it works! Tannehill was used as a test as he probably was the first to ace this hole. Editing this list is about of a pain, so please do not register Elvis, Santa, or any other names as it will only lessen the overall quality of our site! In time, more holes will be tweaked to include this feature. Now, go out and Ace one!

For the Bag Tag Challenge, there are no mulligans and no handicaps! It’s straight up, head to head competition! Only the strong survive! Yes, the cards are stacked in favor of those so called "skilled players", but anyone who throws out a good game on the Saturday in January on the TDGA home course is liable to bring home some gold!
The #1 bag tag holder is required to make this tournament or give up rights to their tag! That's pretty much a guarantee that all members will have a shot at #1. The $10 registration fee will go towards prizes and payouts. Payouts will be per division: PRO 33%, ADV 33%, AM 50%, JR 100%. All winners of the PRO, ADV, AM and 40+yr olds will win a $42 MS State Park Yearly Pass from Tombigbee State Park. The JR Division winner will receive an equal prize in disc golf merchandise.
The regular running Ace Pot will be up for grabs!
Each player will receive a TDGA Mini upon registration!
After the round, the top 10 players randomly draw the Gold Bag Tags, and then the remaining tags will be awarded in order of scores!

Disc Golf Terms and Humor
Humor: A young man who was also an avid disc golfer found himself with a few hours to spare one afternoon. He figured if he hurried and played very fast, he could get in nine holes of disc golf before he had to head home. Just as he was about to drive off the first tee off an old gentleman shuffled up and asked if he could accompany the young man as he was golfing alone. Not being able to say no, he allowed the old gent to join him. To his surprise the old man played fairly quickly. He didn't throw with much distance but was accurate and plodded along consistently and didn't waste much time. Finally, they reached the 9th fairway and the young man found himself with a tough shot. There was a large cedar tree right in front of his disc a few yards - and directly between his disc and the basket. After several minutes of debating how to make the shot the old man finally said, "You know, when I was your age I'd throw the disc right over that tree." With that challenge placed before him, the youngster threw hard, the disc went up high, right smack into the top of the tree and it dropped back on the ground still blocked by the tree! The old man offered one more comment, "Of course, when I was your age that tree was only three feet tall."
