Constructed in 2003, the Veterans course was the first constructed within the city of Tupelo. Over the years it has gone from 18 holes to 23, 27, and then was divided to create the adjacent Thunderchief course. Although tweaked here and there, the course is very near it’s original design.

A Pine Beetle infestation of 2017 created the need to have many of the pines removed which, ultimately meant disaster for the course. To date, it slowly making a comeback to it’s original beauty.
